High hydration sourdough batard made with a flour mix of whole grain kamut, whole grain rye, sprouted barley, and wheat flour.  Kamut and rye are freshly stone milled.  Naturally leavened with whole rye starter and proofed for 24 hours.  100% organic.

Ingredients: Organic (kamut, unbleached hard red wheat flour, sprouted barley flour, rye flour), water, sea salt.  Organic brown rice flour for dusting.
