Hello, welcome, and thank you for visiting my website.  My name is Chris and I've been baking sourdough bread only using flour, water, and salt.  I rely on long cold fermentation using King Arthur Organic Bread Flour for flavor.  
I offer sourdough bagels, batards, and a sprouted gluten free boule to anyone residing in downtown Jersey City.
